A few weeks ago, I was at school, and during my spare time I was reading a book (Clockwork Angel!) and I realized it was getting really annoying to find my page in such a large book. So I played around with a couple sticky notes, and created a bookmark that was the early ancestor of the bookmark I'm showing you how to make today.
So that bookmark worked out great. But my friend Zaina came up with an lightbulb-inducing idea.
"Hmmm..." she said. "These are cool, but what if you made a little pocket inside it so you can put it on the corner of the page?"
And I'm like, "GAAASSSPPP!"
So, you guys should all go and thank Zaina in the comments or on her Wattpad account, XxRedFoxyxX (or zainmain) because if it weren't for her, you wouldn't be reading this blog post.
Enough ranting. On to the actual bookmark!

I know this is a little (okay, very) off-topic, but I recently found this hilarious video. Have any of you heard of the song, "I Can't Feel My Face" by The Weeknd? I hadn't, until a Youtube channel called baracksdubs decided to made a video about it. Apparently this channel takes little snippets of words from President Obama's speeches and puts them all together to make it seem as if he was the one singing the song. This channel has done many popular songs such as "Uptown Funk". Anyway, here's Obama's version of "I Can't Feel My Face". | |
